Photography Skills Task 4:

I used an app called 'POTO', which is an app I have used quite a lot in the past in order to edit photos and apply filters. It is really easy to use and allows you to edit your images and make them even more powerful and beautiful! Before After

The Rule Of Thirds: By using the 'Rule Of Thirds', it allows photographers to capture well-balanced shots and is something that most photographers learn in their beginning stages. Studies have shown that the eyes of people naturally go to the intersection points (lines on the 9 square grid that appears when taking an image.) By lining the most interesting parts of the scene/ thing you want to capture with the intersection points, will cause your image to be more 'balanced' and have a better effect.  In these examples, you can see that the most interesting parts of the images are in-line with the intersection points.

Photography Skils Task 1:

'5 Top Tips' of Photography: Practice using the software I have, in order to explore it more deeply and have a better understanding of my photography software. Crop and DO NOT zoom when resizing or editing photos. I will do this to avoid creating a grainy or poor-quality image. Hold down the photo button to have a selection of images. By doing this, I will capture more and have a variety or images to choose from (select the best.) Experiment with HDR for a better quality photo. Ensure the lens of my camera is clean to avoid a blurry/poor-quality shot.
